The Everleigh  is a classic cocktail bar in the heart of Fitzroy.

The Everleigh opened its doors in 2011 and has since been named Gourmet Traveller’s ‘Bar of the Year’ (2013), The Age’s ‘Bar of the Year’ (2012), and both ‘Cocktail Bar of the Year’ (2014, 2019), and ‘Bar of the Year’, (2015, 2019) by Time Out.

The Everleigh’s Elk Room is available exclusively for private events and location hire 7 days a week. Their second private room, The Starling Room is a new addition following their recent renovation.
