The Grove has several event spaces suitable for any style of function for groups from 20 to 350 guests.

The perfect venue for an elegant cocktail party, a seated lunch or dinner, a conference with breakout space or a boardroom meeting. With state of the art technical and audio-visual systems, indoor and outdoor options and covered alfresco dining areas The Grove at Hidden Valley is the perfect choice for your next event.

Boasting a multi-purpose undercover arena that is not weather dependant and plenty of recreational activities The Grove at Hidden Valley Resort is an ideal venue for hosting post-conference activities and team building days. Activities available include: tennis, pickleball, lawn bowls, scenic walking tracks, wine tasting and more.

The team of experienced staff will guide you through every aspect of planning your event from selection of menu and matching wines, to introductions to suppliers for styling, design, florals and entertainment.

The Grove at Hidden Valley Resort offers three event spaces as well as the addition of the terrace for the larger event space. The two main event spaces can also be combined for larger events, with the ability to cater for up to 350 guests.

The Heytesbury Room is a large modern event space, opening out onto outdoor covered event space, it is ideal for wedding receptions, conferences and corporate events.

Mittagong Room is an intimate event space with elegant entrance doors. Perfect for small events including celebratory occasions and small corporate events.

The Lady Franklin Suite is the ideal space for private dining, boardroom meeting or breakout space.
