From private parties (birthdays, engagements, hens/bucks nights and weddings) to corporate events (work functions, fashion shows and team building exercises) The Hen House is perfect for anyone looking for a unique space to create a truly memorable event.

The Hen House Rehearsal Studios is tucked away in a beautiful warehouse in Osborne Park. Offering ample parking, the space can accommodate up to 80 people. Located in the industrial area of Osborne Park means that there are no issues with noise restrictions.

 

Venue Hire

The Hen House is typically available for exclusive use on Saturday nights from 6pm to 1am. On the day of your event, any equipment and supplies that are need can be dropped off between 12:30pm and 2:30pm. From 6pm the space is entirely yours and can be set up to your liking. Other days or nights are possible and will need a direct discussion with management.

 

Catering

It is always their preference that event catering is done in partnership with accredited catering/events companies. The House House’s official partner is Ultimo Catering and they do an amazing job for all the events they host. Depending on size and style of your event they can also allow for you to organise your own food and alcohol. You are not allowed to sell alcohol at your own event under any circumstances.
