The Hen House Rehearsal Studios doubles as one of the coolest function venues Perth has to offer. Located in the heart of Osborne Park’s industrial precinct, The Hen House can cater for all styles and size events, and their versatile warehouse space means you can tailor your function to suit your needs.

The Hen House is perfect for private celebrations such as birthday parties, engagements, hens/bucks nights and weddings, but can also cater for corporate cocktail style events. If you’re after a unique space that ticks all the boxes, look no further than The Hen House.

The venue has a capacity of up to 80 guests and due to its location, there are no noise restrictions (when it isn’t hosting function it acts as a rehearsal studio after all). There is also ample parking space around the venue meaning you and your guests can access The Hen House with ease.

 

Venue Hire

The Hen House is typically available for exclusive use on Saturday nights from 6pm to 1am. On the day of your event, any equipment and supplies that are need can be dropped off between 12:30pm and 2:30pm. From 6pm the space is entirely yours and can be set up to your liking. Other days or nights are possible and will need a direct discussion with management.

 

Catering

It is always their preference that event catering is done in partnership with accredited catering/events companies. The House House’s official partner is Ultimo Catering and they do an amazing job for all the events they host. Depending on size and style of your event they can also allow for you to organise your own food and alcohol. You are not allowed to sell alcohol at your own event under any circumstances.
