East Perth is home to the non-profit community farm known as Perth City Farm.

They offer the use of two magnificent historical locations as well as a sizable open courtyard for weddings and other occasions.

Perth City Farm is close to all forms of public transport and there is plenty of parking available nearby too.

Their venues are completely BYO – food, beverages, furniture and lighting. This gives you the freedom and flexibility to create and customise your event to fit any budget!

Additionally, Perth City Farm let you party into the night allowing your event to go on until 2am.

 

THE BARN, KITCHEN, & COURTYARD

Perth City Farm’s warehouse-style barn boasts high ceilings with exposed metal beams, white-washed walls and rich terracotta floors.

This area leads into a sizable courtyard that is bordered by beautiful flora and fauna, rustic buildings and regional graffiti art.

Included in the hire is the utilisation of a commercial kitchen located next to the Barn indoors.

The spacious courtyard is the ideal setting for food trucks, pizza trailers, and mobile bars.

The Barn, Kitchen and Courtyard suits 150 people seated or 200 standing (indoors) or 300 seated and 500 standing (total area).

This area is the perfect blank canvas space to curate your next event; making it a distinctive and unique occasion to remember.

 

THE ART ROOM

The Art Room is another very distinctive area with white-washed walls, exposed steel beams, panelled windows, and industrial-grey flooring.

The beautiful panelled windows in this go gorgeous space allow natural light to stream into its dramatic, industrial-styled area.

The back veranda and fruit orchard make a stunning, private outdoor space. Here, food trucks, street food stalls, or trailer bars may be set up next to the roller doors.

The Art Room can accommodate 150 people seated or 250 standing, when utilizing the outdoor area.

If a kitchen is needed, you might be able to rent it from Perth City Farm during the day or at night.
