Perth City Farm is a non-profit community farm in East Perth.

We have two stunning historic venues and a large open courtyard available to hire for weddings and all types of events.

The site is accessible to all public transport and has ample parking close by. Our venues are completely BYO – food, drink, furniture and lighting. This allows you the freedom to choose how you design and tailor your event to suit any budget!

We also allow your event to continue up until 2am!

 

THE BARN, KITCHEN & COURTYARD

Our warehouse style Barn has white washed walls, dark terracotta flooring and high ceilings with exposed metal beams. This space opens onto a large courtyard surrounded by established gardens, rustic buildings and local graffiti art.

Included in the hire is a commercial kitchen located adjacent to the Barn indoors.

The large courtyard lends itself perfectly to food trucks, pizza trailers and caravan bar set ups.

The Barn, Kitchen and Courtyard suits 150 people seated or 200 standing (indoors) or 300 seated and 500 standing (total area).

It is the perfect blank canvas to create a completely unique event.

 

THE ART ROOM

Picturesque panelled-windows flood this moody industrial style space with natural light.

The Art Room has white washed walls, exposed steel beams, panelled windows and industrial grey flooring, creating another perfectly unique space.

Food trucks, street food stalls, or caravan bars can be positioned adjacent to the roller doors, while the back veranda and fruit garden create a beautiful secluded outdoor area.

The Art Room suits 150 people seated or 250 standing, when utilizing the outdoor area.

If a kitchen is required, you may be able to hire our Community Room Kitchen on the day or night.
