Bondi Liquor Co is the first and only distillery ever in Bondi Beach offering the perfect spot to sip on cocktails, nibble on delicious food and have fun with friends and family.

Bondi Liquor’s beautiful copper still forms the centerpiece of their distillery, and rightly so! This beauty is the key element that allows them to create their diverse range of gins and vodkas, and the many other spirits they have in development.

Their downstairs space is bright and airy with outdoor seating and indoor options of bar seating, and low and high tables.

Bondi Liquor Co provide an excellent selection of gin and vodka-based drinks (obviously all distilled onsite), as well as several guest cocktails from other nearby distilleries. Also, they offer flights of gin, negroni, and, if you're really interested, a masterclass in gin blending so you can make your own.
