Feeling peckish after 10pm? Brix Distillers Late Night Menu runs from 10pm to 11:30pm every Friday and Saturday night. With eight items available ranging from small bites to entrees, Brix Kitchen has got your late-night cravings covered!

 

Friday Night - Live Music

Offering live music every Friday night from 7pm, Brix Distillers is the perfect spot to recover from the work week.

Grab a Daiquiri, a dish, or go share style with your mates! Brix Distillers offers bookings for everyone from singles to groups so you can sit back, relax and enjoy the sounds of our Brix Artists.

 

Distillery Tour & Cocktail Classes

For the rum enthusiasts, upgrade your night with the addition of a Distillery Tour pre-game! Our public Distillery Tour starts at 6pm each Friday and includes a welcome drink, tour and Brix Rum flight for $40pp.

On Saturdays we showcase the mighty cocktail with two Cocktail Classes occurring at 1pm and 3:30pm every week. Great for individuals and groups alike! Our $85 guided Cocktail Classes include a welcome drink, distillery tour, two cocktails and a tasty charcuterie and cheese platter.

 

Sunday - Rum, Ribs & Reggae

Join us for a bottomless banquet of Rum, Ribs and Reggae every Sunday from 12pm – 4pm and take a staycation in the heart of Surry Hills! With island vibes, you can get your fix of the tropics without leaving your own backyard.

Our $75pp Rum, Ribs and Reggae banquet offers a shared feast and 2 hours of bottomless rose and tap beer or upgrade to bottomless Brix Daiquiris for $10pp!
