Housed under the southern end of iconic Sydney Bridge, The Harbour View Hotel was originally built in 1843, but had to be demolished to make way for the bridge - it was originally located when the granite pylons now stand.

The venue offers elegant public and private function rooms, a rooftop cocktail bar and a la carte restaurant with magnificent views of Sydney Harbour, including the bridge and streetscape views of the elegant Victoria terraces that are seen from most parts of this stylish hotel.

Bridge Room

This large, L-shaped function room is decorated with Harbour Bridge memorabilia and history. With a private bar and two serving points, one long table with high stools and comfortable sofa seating, this room can suit all your function needs.

Cap Room

With an old-style club atmosphere, this intimate function room offers a fireplace and chesterfield couches. The Cap room is decorated with caps worn by past cricket, football and other sports players showing the rich background of the city's sporting history.

• A private balcony
• Bathrooms are provided on the same floor as the function rooms
• Lift access from street level
• Sound System which allows guests the freedom to listen to in-house music or bring own IPOD or similar device with a personalised playlist.

Terrace

This amazing outdoor rooftop area offers the Bridge & Harbour views, plus delicious cocktails and plenty of tables and seating for a small cocktail event.

This top floor restaurant has breathtaking views of the harbour and is also suitable for larger parties. This space shares a public bar but comes with a waiter canape service for a cocktail style event or a large sit down meal, perfect for large corporate events and weddings.

Sports Bar

This popular local’s bar has wonderful views of the Harbour Bridge and street views of Millers Point’s old Victorian terraces. This space is perfect for causal style event.
