With big bi-fold windows encapsulating the front of the venue, you can sit and watch the world go by, or be lucky enough to snatch up an outdoor table for an afternoon in the sunshine with mates.

With a strong focus on local natty wines, seasonal cocktails and independent beer, there's something for all tastes.

Choose from one of their 4 rotating beer taps, to pair nicely with a top shelf Australian small batch whisky. Opened in 2009, The Hive Bar has always been a big supporter of the local DJ community, with some of Sydney's best Vinyl selectors spinning records every Fri, Sat and Sun.

The Hive Bar host a great Sunday session, with $12 Tommy’s Margaritas and $10 Bloody Marys all day and all night, all alongside some awesome vinyl tunes. Catch a stand-up comedy show every Thursday night in their private upstairs room or join us for one of their many booze and music events celebrating the best of Australian local and small batch brands.

With a late-night food menu pumping out delicious meat and vegan burgers, you can settle in and eat and drink the night away.

They are a 1-minute walk from Erskineville Station or a short stroll down from Newtown, with plenty of street parking available.
