Tucked away in a Darlinghurst alley is Love, Tilly Devine; one of Sydney’s original wine bars.

Created by Matt Swieboda more than 10 years ago, the bar quickly evolved into the voice of the natural wine scene in Australia, showcasing the country’s flourishing young, up-and-coming producers. It has stayed true to that vision up until today.

Their culinary selection features local producers that take great delight in looking after the environment and producing high-quality food. This enables them to serve up simple yet mouthwatering dishes. They routinely change their selection of snacks, pasta (made by their partners at Fabbrica), and sustainably sourced meat and seafood to take advantage of seasonal ingredients and the chefs' unrestricted creative freedom.
