Inside, you'll find a cosy, candlelit bar spread over two levels with stools for perching on at the windows downstairs, comfy booths and standing (or dancing) room on the mezzanine level.

Tilly does enjoy throwing parties from time to time, and many visiting wineries and business leaders have fallen prey to the all-encompassing late-night fun she — and her famed eponym, Sydney crime boss 'Tilly Devine' — are renowned for.
